All equipment of a professional, high-end recording studio is up for sale. The space is going to be used for another purpose, so we have decided to sell everything as a single lot to a qualified buyer.

Located adjacent to Dulles International Airport, our plan is to totally renovate the site, virtually everything is part of the deal. All the equipment, furniture, computer and software are included. Any fees to transfer the software licenses are the buyer’s responsibility; however we will cooperate in any way necessary. We are the current software license owners. Based on recent ebay transactions and other information, we estimate the equipment to be easily worth $50-60K.
TERMS:
Bids should be received by 5:00 p.m., August 8. Buyer should be prepared to pay for the equipment in cash, cashier’s check or wire transfer on August 11. Everything must be removed by Sunday, August 17. Payment must be made before anything can be removed. Property becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time of payment. No warranties are provided, so we suggest you check things out thoroughly. However, if we receive a reasonable offer prior to August 8th, we are prepared to complete the sale early, so don't delay!
